Admission Requirements 
Before applying, take time to read our Statement of Faith and be ready to describe your family’s church involvement, as well as affirm parental responsibility for at-home instruction. Both parents must agree to and support of Statement of Faith. Our handbook will be signed as part of the enrollment process. Parents must be members in good standing of a Bible-believing, evangelical church.

Step 1:

If your family would like to be considered for enrollment, please submit your admission application online at this LINK. Your application will be reviewed by our admissions team. A non-refundable application fee of $50 is due at the time of application submission.

 

Step 2:

Our Director will contact you within one week of receiving your application to set up an appointment for an in-person interview to determine enrollment eligibility.

 

Step 3:

You will have your family interview and possible academic assessment. We want to get to know your family to ensure that our program is the right match and that we have shared values to uphold the mission and vision of our program. We will also have your student complete a simple assessment to determine if we are able to meet their academic needs as well as help us determine the correct grade level placement that will help them thrive. We kindly request that parents read our Statement of Faith and the NCA handbook before the interview.

 

Step 4:

Within a week of your interview, you will receive an email from our Director informing you if we can make an offer of enrollment at that time. If our program is full, we can discuss waitlist options. If we are able to offer enrollment to your student, a student enrollment fee will be due within 7 days of receiving the offer. This fee holds your student’s spot on our roster. After the fee is paid, you will receive login credentials to our private family portal so that you can move forward with the necessary steps to prepare for your student’s first day on campus!

 

Nolensville Christian Academy accepts applications throughout the year. New students are welcome to join at any point during the school year as long as there is availability in the prospective student’s grade.

 

Admission to Nolensville Christian Academy is open to any child, regardless of race, color, sex, national or ethnic origin, or church affiliation. 

 

Tuition and Fees

Annual tuition: $3,450/student per academic year.

 

Application Fee: $50 per family (non-refundable). This fee is waived for returning families.

Enrollment Fee: $150 per student (non-refundable). Returning students will pay a reduced enrollment fee of $100 per student.

 

Tuition Payment Options:

Tuition can be paid in full or in 10 installments beginning in July of each year for the upcoming academic year.

 

Student Withdrawal

If a family chooses to withdraw their students(s) for any reason once the academic year has begun, a 60-day notice must be given in writing via email to the Director for each student they wish to withdrawal. The notice should include the date of submission and detailed reason for the withdrawal.  Financial obligations for each student will continue for the 60 days following the date the notice was received.

Discounts and Financial Assistance:

 

Sibling Discount

Nolensville Christian Academy offers a sibling discount of 20% off on the 3rd sibling and beyond. For example, if a family has four children in the program, the 3rd and 4th student would each receive 20% off their annual tuition.

 

Financial Assistance:

We desire to work with all families to make our school financially accessible for your family. Scholarships, however, are limited. A financial aid application is available through Class Reach. More information can be found on the Tuition and Financial Aid page.
